The woman in the Shadow Proclamation said to Donna something along the lines of "I'm sorry of the loss that is to come", and that could easily link into Donna losing her memory.
I think the most faithful companion could be Jack, or the TARDIS. Jack waited to see the Doctor again for absolutely ages, before finding him again and travelling to the end of the Universe. "Everlasting death" was also mentioned, and that could refer to how Jack in currently immortal and so they may make him mortal again so that when he dies it's "everlasting". No more immortality, mate.
Jack can't die, he's going to become the face of boe.
Sarah Jane can't die, she has her own series.
so it has to be; Rose, Donna or Martha.

Oh I dont know, maybe, maybe not. I wish it was Saturday already.
But how can she die if there is going to be a second series of the Sarah Jane Adventures, I mean she can't not be in it, her name is the title of the show.
Never forget what you are for the rest of the world will not.
Wear it like armor and it can never be used to hurt you
Yes but everyone's thinking it won't be Donna because she's too obvious a choice. All the hints in the series have pointed at her.
Yes I know that, thank you. But everyones ruling her out because its so obvious, but she's 'died' once which could be a sign of her 'dying' again.
And people die all the time, just think who has 'died' this series, Jenny 'died' and came back, River Song 'died' and was brought back in a way. Jack died and was brought back, its happened a lot. Donna or any one of them could die and come back, in this series especially it seems to be a running theme. The little girl from the library, she was another one, she died/was dying and was sustained in the library *shrugs*
How would Donna have lost her memory?
I don't mean Jack will die, I mean that is immortality may be taken away. The daleks will take away his immortality, hoping to then kill him for good, but he'll use his votex manipulator and bugger off before they have the chance. No death, but no more getting out of death. That's one of my theories, from a large list!
They do like bringing back people you expect to never see again, which to an extent annoys me. Someone dies, you come to accept it, then woah they're back somehow. It sort of makes the death less important, less emotional.
I'm not sure. But the Dr takes her back to Wilf, turns round and says 'You can never tell her'

You're not who you thought you were, it's time to see the other side of what you have become.
But the Dr takes her back to Wilf, turns round and says 'You can never tell her'
So is it definitely her losing her memory? Or could it be that she is destined to be someone or that she is someone magical or that she died (plugging my idea there) maybe...she's part dalek. Ok I'm going over the top.
