I am currently:
Triggering (SI) - support please

I normally don't post here. I post on ED board but this belongs here. I was just looking for some support. I went to the ER today for a cut and got 8 stitches. Now I have been referred to a program and ED program as they are concerned about escalation because I cut yesterday too. Just feel really depressed and guilty and remorseful about cutting and hate myself for continuing to this to myself.

Heya Love *Hugs you* Im sorry that you slipped up and that your having such a difficult time. Do you want to talk to us about what it is that caused you to slip up? Do you have any support? Does anyone else know that your struggling? Is there anyone close to you that you could talk to? What is it thats making you guilty? Please dont be so hard on yourself, perhaps going to these programs will help you. What do you think about going to the programs? Dont give up you can get through this, we are all here for you. You dont have to go through this alone. Have you tried distracting yourself at all? Heya, Sade is right maybe the programme will help you, maybe you just need to take that little step.

Would you like to talk about what is making you feel like you want to cut? is their any specific reason?
