when you dont eat a lot, for a prolonged amt of time, your stomach begins to shrink.
when you think about food, etc, it stretches. you probably ate too much too fast and your stomach is like, "wtf was that?" =]
so its sore because it stretched too fast. just eat foods easy on yor stomach (as ot to add anything else) and eat in small portions, several times a day- so your stomach doesnt get too full.
it should go away in couple of days, as long as you dont binge.
