It could be a cyst, which usually just go away naturally, but still get it looked at as it's a dodgy area.

To be honest, 2p's are quite big so it's best to get it checked.
Some people just have naturally lumpy breasts though, no offense 
|

As rule of thumb you should always get breast changes checked out. I advise you do this! Even if it is nothing think of it as a positive experience, b/c you will have to have your breasts checked in the future, it's a good chance for you to approach this.
My first thought was that it could be a bite. But yes, do get it checked out.

Right, im sorry for slow replies i got dragged to the new forest.
Its not exactly gone away, but its ot little and dosent hurt or aanything anymore, so im thinkingit was probably just hormonal?
