Can I survive Sun-day&night
On Sunday I shall be completely alone in the house for a whole night. My plan is to get a TV dinner (yipee no cooking) a couple of beers or a bottle of wine and a crappy film.
I hope so much that I can survive this night wiithout injury, being alone could just be too much, allowing me to become negative and there would be no need to escape and hide I could injure myself in my own living room.
But a good thing, I can wear a short sleaved t shirt and have to answer to no one.

You'll be surprised to know how far you can go from the point where you thought it was the end.

If you're worried about being on your own because you might hurt yourself could you call a friend or someone to come and watch the film etc with you?
Remember RYL will always be here if you need it and there will always be someone willing to help.
Take care,
Kirsty x

This going to sound really pathertic but I suffer from severe social anxiety and am even afraid of the people who I live next door to seeing me outside so I do not have friends, I have made them for short periods but as i'm always too scared to contact them and stuggle with communication frienships die very quickly.

could you surround yourself with everything that will keep you happy to last you all night and get several dvds?
if your going to get drunk off the wine/beer then maybe try and change that for fizzy drinks or something as it wouldnt be good you being drunk and being depressed

It doesn't sound pathetic. Like suggested above could you swap the alcohol for other drinks you enjoy?
The best thing I can suggest is just to keep yourself busy, and your mind distracted. *cuddles* x

Hiya,
I agree with everybody whose already posted! And also just to let you know if you need to talk on Sunday (or whenever) then you can always PM me :) There's also Live Help, emailing the Supporters or Live Chat if you wanted to talk to anyone as well. Keep yourself distracted, maybe even spend the time looking after and spoiling yourself! Try not to drink alcohol because it could make you feel lower - leaving you open to SI if you do get too drunk. And try watching cheerful films and listening to cheerful music to keep your mind off anything upsetting. Take care and good luck *hugs*
