*hugs* do you know why you're feeling like this? has something triggered you? i know its hard not to act on the thoughts but you can get passed this. SI-ing wont make you feel better in the long run. probably not even in the short run. if you cut or something, after you stop you'd most likely end up feeling really bad about doing it. keep fighting the urges.
