i am cuttin real bad blood every where but for some reasn it is helping me feel better. i want to stop but the urge is too much i need some support or some one to talk to either through nchat or pm i am upset please someone i am reaching out the only way i know how

First off, please make sure to treat the cuts. It's a way to focus on the situation and keep yourself from having infections. Have you tried to call someone and talk? If you can't find a friend or a crisis hotline, would you feel safe writing out your feelings?

how you feeling?? make sure you clean the cuts, salt water + sterile dressing x

self preservation is a good idea its also distracting like cutting and is a must
