I am currently:
ive failed :(

well i lasted the grand total of one week :( i cut today at lunch i feel awful about it and i really want to do it again i feel like such an idiot coz i cant last longer then a month :( i also feel stupid 4 moaning 2 all u loverly people sorri if im being a pain i just cant stop im so unhappi and mad at myself i just cant stop cutting i want 2 do it again so bad why wont it just go away i hate feeling like this but i just want to stop cutting but i keep failing

Hey, think of lasting a week as an achievement =)
We dont mind you coming and talking to us we're here to support and help you as best as we can =) Instead of trying to go weeks and weeks at a time just try and make it one day longer, so say like 24 hours, then 48 and so on.

Any reason why you cut today? Maybe talking about it could help you to not do it. Anyway just try and distract yourself (easier said than done i know but) try the 15 minute thing were if you distract yourself for 15 minutes and the urge is still there then try another 15 =).

Try not to look at it as 'failing' look at it as slipping up

oh sweetie what made you do it at lunch??? a week is a great achievement, i cant even go a day at the mo but just have to take it as a step sideways not backwards

and post as often as you need,, you are not a pain we are here for you as you are here for us when we struggle

first of all well done for doing a week that's amazing for going that long, you should be proud of yourself, i am proud of you. You can get through this please don’t give up please keep fighting through this. Even try to start to take an hour at time then when you have done that try another hour and take it from there. don't be to hard on yourself. take care and

Heya there *cuddles you* Self harm free for a wekk is brilliant! You should be very proud of yourself. Im sorry to hear that you slipped up. Firstly please dont beat yourself up because you slipped up, slipping up is part of recovery we all have slip ups but it doesnt mean that you have failed and that you should give up on recovering. What i learnt form when i used to self harm is that beating yourself up and being to hard on yourself will only make things harder for you and could make things worse than what they are now.

I do understand that this is diffucult for you, but some how you need to try and draw a line under this slip up and work towards trying again, because the longer you dwell on this slip up the longer things wil lbe difficult for you. Do you know what it was that caused you to slip? Your not a pain at all. Thats what we are here for to support people. Please try and be gentle with yourself. Remember that this slip up doesnt mean that you back to square one. Try to keep yourself distracted as much as you can.
