Hey there *Cuddles you* Im so sorry that your having urges to harm yourself. Do you know what it is thats caused you to get these really strong urges to harm yourself? You can get through this, you have been doing extremly well and im very proud of you for all the effort that you have been making to stay free. Try to keep yourself distracted as much as you can.
Here are a few things that you could try. Listening to music, doing jobs to keep yourself busy, watching a movie, going for a walk, posting on the or fun and distractions forum.
