I am currently:
Triggering (SI) - Tempting! I wanna Cut! help!

Hi, I really want to cut my arms. I haven't done it in about 2 months or more. I am so tempted to do it right now I don't know what to do! I reaaalllly wann do it argh this feeling! We are having house warming party in a few hours and tonns of people are going to be at my house and I dont think I can hope with all this stress in my house! *crying*

You want to look your best for the party later, so hun please look after yourself, and distract yourself until the feelings go away... they will hun... keep yourself distracted and they will...

I'm sorry to hear that you are having to fight these urges again. I know it's difficult, but please try and stay strong.
If things get too stressful tonight can't you just take yourself away and read a book or play a game or something?

Hey there *Cuddles you* Im so sorry that your having urges to harm yourself. Do you know what it is thats caused you to get these really strong urges to harm yourself? You can get through this, you have been doing extremly well and im very proud of you for all the effort that you have been making to stay free. Try to keep yourself distracted as much as you can.

Here are a few things that you could try. Listening to music, doing jobs to keep yourself busy, watching a movie, going for a walk, posting on the or fun and distractions forum. If you feel that it would help you perhaps you could keep an up to date diary of your thoughts and feleings. Like Avalanche said listen to some music, just type some random bandname into youtube and listen to some of the songs, even tacky tunes from musicals like Rocky Horror can just put a smirk on your face.

Aww thank you guys I am so tired there was like 40 people in my house last night it was so hectic. I didn't SH so I guess that's good but it's still there the urge to do it *cries*
