It is rose. In the credits it said Rose tyler. I'm glad it looks like donna won't be falling in love with the doctor. that's what pissed me off about martha.
ahaha...I loved that ^_^
"All I want is a mate..." "TO MATE?! ALL YOU WANT IS TO MATE! WEL YOU ARENT MATING WITH ME!!" "NO!! A mate....A MATE!!" "oh :/"
i dont normally like dr who but omg i loved it tonight.
i cant belive rose was there!
" my precious, precious child, I love you and I would never, never leave you during your times of trials and suffering. When you see only one set of footprints it was then that I carried you" you were carried out of are lifes into the next and when its my time to leave this life I know i will be carried into the next life with you.
I wish i had my world complete again.
'Can we protend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars, i could really use a wish right now' BoB
RTD in Doctor Who confidential, purposefully bringing it up and not mentioning any extra details or anything on it. Psh.
Good episode, and hilarious.
Althooough, I fear that some episodes might be so funny that it detracts from any scariness of the programme. We shall see.
was good :)
tho wanted to bonk the doc and whats-her-face (bad with names, really bad!) on the head coz it was really annoying how they kept missing each other!!
Oh no ><
Donna annoyed me after ONE episode (the christmas specail)
I got shouted at because I was sat there at the beginning going
"RUN DOCTOR!!...good he missed her....GOOD!!....RUN!!..and again...RUN!! NOOOO ><"
everyone got annoyed at me ^_^
Yeh...he was harsh to Martha...but.. meh >.<
Although I hated her to begin with...I want Rose back
she's the only one of his assistants who didnt annoy me :P
If only you'd ever speak to me
the way you once did
look at me the way you once did
pull to me the way you once did
but you don't
you don't feel anymore
you don't care anymore
it's all gone
it's all gone
If only you'd ever speak to me
the way you once did
look at me the way you once did
pull to me the way you once did
but you don't
you don't feel anymore
you don't care anymore
it's all gone
it's all gone
Oh I'm pretty sure it's Rose.
It was made official a while back that she's appearing in Series 4.
As for her looking miserable... well, how would you like to be tragically seperated from someone you love, stuck in some parallel universe, with some odd ability to slip in and out or something!
Yeah, the fat was cute. Probably too cute, to be honest!
It didn't look like her, she looked too miserable...
Did anyone else think the little fat creatures were really cute?

I agree...she was given a "perfect" life really...mum, dad, Mickey...but the thing she wanted...was the doctor...and they never got to say a proper goodbye either... :/
Maybe she was MORE miserable coz she hoped she'd see him there?
but instead she saw Donna :P
Eeeee....I want one of the fat babys pur-lease ^_^
The cuteness was summed up towards the end with Donna asking if the Doctor was going to blow up the ship, the reason the adipose was cute was because it wasn't a monster it was just the creation of an evil being, they couldn't help how they were conceived, thus that level of being adorable was needed to give them a sense of purpose, the adipose were not the enemy Miss Foster was the enemy.
Overall a good episode, i wasn't a huge fan of past seasons but this one has started well, the inclusion of Rose didn't really hit the mark with me as they were hopefully intending, it just wasn't a big shock. Media to blame for that? Maybe but it was a given that Rose was in the show so the first episode wasn't an impossibility.
Catherine Tate played Donna with a great sense of humour and the mime scene was just genius, i would have never though of that not in a million years, once they met the episode did lag a little bit but just because i'm not a huge fan of the Doctor running away i prefer as he showed later on, that he is a risk taker, putting both ends of the sonic screwdriver together without realising the consequences, i like that.
The episode was good, hopefully it will continue but "The Fires of Pompeii" as glimpsed at for next week looks a bit, well it probably won't be my cup of tea, i have no passion for that side of the earths history i mean ancient Rome and the fall of Pompeii are just not interesting to me, so it will take a lot to get me enjoying that episode.
Dude I want some Adipose.
Just so I can have a cute little fat baby thing. They were adoreable!
Catherine Tate was alright :) I don't like her show but she's pretty cool on Doctor Who. It's nice to have someone who is funny and now drooling all over the doctor (although, when the Doctor is David Tennant I can't blame them in the slightest haha).
Yay I loved the episode.. worth the wait!
I found it very funny, and they didn't overdo it.
Catherine Tate only annoyed me a couple of times :)
I thought it gave out a good message as well... it was laughing in the face of diet pills and therefore our 'need to be thin' culture.
Fantastic!
i liked it!
and i'm not usually a fan of doctor who
didnt mind catherine tate, and thought she was quite good at parts (the mime scene through the window? lol)
and the fat monsters were cute
