I am currently:
depressed

at the moment nothing seems to make me happy, i spend time with my friends, that doesnt make me happy, i try having fun, that doesnt help, ive tried loads of stuff but lately all i want to do is just not do anything i dont feel like doing anything at all just laying about, not wanting to leave my room or house just dont want to go out anywhere i dont know why either im just getting to the point of not caring at all.

Sounds to me like clinical depression.
Have you seen a doctor or counselor about it?



My husband is my best friend.

i have a councillor and shes trying to help me understand it
im planning to go to the doctors just havent really got round to it (more like dont want to get round to it)

I am currently:

Hey hun, i understand a bit about how you feel as i got to the same point and ended up going to the docs etc. Maybe could you arrange something with a friend and know that you cant cancel on them so maybe go for a coffee, shopping, cinema just something calm or relaxing. Or write down something that you liked in a day like the sun or a cat you saw or an advert that made you smile anything. Or maybe if you can talk to a friend and ask them to do something fun with you and just try to get out and even if you just walk up and down the road its something, take care xxxxxxxxxhugsxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hey its ok to feel like this. i know how u feel. the best thing to do if u don't wanna leave the house is have friends over, bein alone makes it worse. or if you talk to a friend or something it can help. "a problem shared is a problem halfed" so they say but if you ever need someone to talk to PM me. anytime. you don't have to be alone.



I'm not amazing or special just a regular person trying to get by and help people along the way-Not whole, not complete but torn and broken into bits. can someone fix me?
