Could you possibly bring it up in conversation? ask if she has anything?
It's not good using other people's blades but be sure that you keep your cuts clean and in future, I'm not encouraging you but if you need to do it, use your own and a clean blade...

You can only catch stuff off it if she has a bloodbourne disease and it may be that she doesn't even know she has one anyway. Things that are what first come to mind are diseases/viruses such as hepatitis and HIV. You should try mentioning it to your friend and see what she says as unless you've asked her in person you are unlikely to know as they aren't the sorts of things that you talk about in everyday life unless it gets past the stage that they are ill. For instance I've got a couple of health problems that only my close friends/ family and flatmates know about and I have only really told them because either I had to or they already know so it's better to be safe than sorry.
Also, for future reference it is definately a good idea not to use anyone elses blades. Not only is there as risk of them spreading the diseases to you, the opposite is also an option if they use the blade after you and may not even know that you have. Also, many smaller infections can pass through it, it's not only the big killers that get passed so it's pretty danagerous. As well as this, if the blades you use aren't clean (which if they're not your own you won't know) you are a lot more at risk of your cuts becoming infected which isn't a good thing. The best thing to do to be the safest is always to use a new blade each time you cut or if this isn't possible then clean your blades as best as you can and don't keep them in a damp environment (this will lead to rust being formed on the surface.)

It depends really. When you say you used a friend's razor, is she a cutter too? Or was it just a shaving razor. If it was just for shaving then you should be ok cos as other people have said, the diseases travel in the blood. If her blood has been on the blade first though then you might want to get it checked.
