I am currently:
Triggering (SI) - anxiety...

Every day when I go to school, right after I get on the bus, i start experiencing anxiety. Its not bad at first, but by the end of the 45 min ride, my hands are tingly and shaky, my heart is beating fast, I'm petrefied and my throat gets really dry.

I have no idea why this is happening, but it makes me want to cut so bad...just to relieve the anxiety. I get so stressed. Every class is like a nightmare for me. I'm sitting and fidgeting and trying not to hurt myself.

But I can't stand it anymore. I hate going to school now. All I want to do is listen to music and cut. Please...has anyone ever had something like this happen to them. I'm scared. With all of this pressure, its hard to predict what will happen next and I'm tired of this stressful feeling.

I am currently:

you dred school hunny i really don't know how to help i usually just numb myself with this happens to me but thats is not a good way to deal wiht it. try to find one thing that you like about school.

I am currently:

school is obviously the trigger for your anxiety, do you know why? There are things you can do to try to reduce/relieve the anxiety - here's 2 that have helped me:

3 calming breathsNatural Breathing
  1. Take a long, slow breath in through your nose, first filling your lower lungs, then your upper lungs. (you should feel your chest rise, and then your abdomen).
  2. Hold your breath to the count of "three."
  3. Exhale slowly through pursed lips (like you're blowing through a straw), while you relax the muscles in your face, jaw, shoulders, and stomach.
Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)

I am currently:

I wish I knew why school triggers my anxiety. I never used to be like this. I'm scared I'm going to lose everything and live all alone. I mean, I like the idea of being alone and living alone with no one to stop me from doing what I want, mainly SH, but...I mean...I love school. Why is this happening to me?

I just feel so overwhelmed with stuff thats going on and I don't think that's helping.
