I am currently:
Triggering (SI) - Tried to stop ...

well i was doing really really well ive self harmed and OD since i was 12 and i stopped 3 months ago , but it feels so good , the release is back and so is my energy , so do i really need to stop ? it's my coping mechanism for everyday life plus a bunch of other things i just don't know what to do does anyone else understand what i mean ?



look into my eyes, can't you see that i'm scared.
just wrap me in your arms and tell me everything is going to be ok.

I am currently:

hey, i understand exactly what you mean about it working so why stop. Im wondering that myself at the moment after an interesting converstaion with a friend last night who basicaly said he didn't think it was a problem after previously teling me to go see someone. But logicaly, there MUST be better ways of getting through the day, ways of celebrating POSITIVE things instead of finding the negatives and hurting because of it. Ways that don't do permanant damage. Its just hard to find that way that works FOR you rather than against you.
