Triggering (SI) - i need to cut

i cant cope i need some sort of help cos otherwise i gonna cut til i dont stop and that scares me so bad please help me quick

I am currently:

heya hunni, try this little exercise to ground ureself - take a look around the room and name everything u see and desribe it, then describe the things u can feel such as 'this chair feel soft' etc, focus on ure breathing and take ure time in describing things, hopefully it'll help calm ure head and ure thoughts.
Let me no how u feel after uve done this.

I am currently:

that happens to me a lot.. whenever i get frustrated and i cant control events and the people around me, i get so fired up that i eventually started cutting myself. especially when im so angry with someone yet i cant even tell them that i hate them..

that was BEFORE.. now, i listen to hard music or sometimes classical just to ease my emotions.. and when im already ok, i just smile and challenges the world to bring it ON!
