I know i'm now only one day free but I think I have found the solution.
About twenty minutes ago I got the urge to cut insanely badly.
I even had the razorblade in my hand but for some reason I grabbed a pen and wrote my girlfriend's name all over the area which I usually cut.

And then looking at it, I just couldn't cut.
I know how crazy this sounds but i'm really pleased that I might have found a way to cut down on the SI.

I'm aiming for four days free now.
I know this isn't that much of an achievment but I needed to tell someone to take my mind off the SI.
