Almost made it a whole week without cutting.
Do you ever get that where you wake up and absolutely everything goes wrong?

I always tell myself that the last cut will be the last ever but it never is.
I cut quite bad today.
Got my whole arm covered in blood and for some reason that gives me relief.
I do hate myself at times.

And what makes it worse is, i'm terrifying of talking about it or someone seeing my arm.

I could do with a hug.

Sorry to everyone who has been supportive and nice to me.
I can be such a loser at times.

Don't really have anything to say excep yeah, i know what it feels like when absolutly everything seems to go wrong and you need that relief. But have a big hug from me and i'll be thinking of you, hope things go a bit better tomorrow. Take care x
