1 year, 3 months!!!

I can't believe it's been a year and 3 months since I've self harmed!!

When I remember how I was back at my lowest point, I would never of even believed that I could be sitting here now, saying this!

I'm so so happy to have left that part of my life behind....yes, I will always have the scars to show where I've been, but they are just part of me now, not something I necessarily hate. I guess it's a love hate relationship with them.

Anyway, I'm living proof that you can do it! You can leave it behind...never give up hope

Yeah, looking back at things it does seem very weird...almost as tho it wasn't even me, like I can't believe some of the things I did to myself.

But hey, I'm just glad I'm over all that, I would never ever want to go back there, ever
