*hugs* Slip ups happen to all of us. Don't beat yourself up over it. You know now that you can go wiithout it. That's good. You can do it again. Maybe next time you can go two months without. You'll get there. If you need anything pm me.

It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not.
oh, don't worry too much about it. slip-ups happen to the best of us. it's just one of those things: when you get into a routine of cutting when you're depressed then you begin to think that cutting is a solution for the depression. but the fact that you were able to restrain yourself for up to a month is a good sign, and it just shows how much better you're doing. maybe next time you can hold off for two months (or more!) and then hopefully, over time you'll be able to remove SI out of your life for good. it will take a while though, and you probably need to be prepared for more slipups to come.
just don't beat yourself up about it. because it's all just a part of the recovery.
take care.
First of all congrats on going for a month that is fantastic, you should be proud of yourself. I know its hard not to be disappointed in yourself but please don't be hard on yourself. Slip-ups happen to the best of us. They are part of recovery. Please don't give up on recovery you can do this again just take things one step at a time. Take care

"Recovery is something that you have to work
on every single day and it's
something that doesn't
get a day off."
Way to go on making it a month! Don't worry slip-ups happen to everyone. Like people said before it's a part of recovery. Try not to take it hard and don't let it get you to down! Hope your doing ok!

Some days I'm still fighting to walk towards the Light.
