Triggering (SI) - what do i do now???

i have been speaking to a member of staff at school about my 'problems' (she was my mentor) but she was concerned and 'scared' about how she would cope and the stuf i was telling her. now my assistant head of school has told her and all the other 'SSMs'(student suport mannagers) not to speak to me. i have lost my suport and have no-where to go.
what do i do now??

please help!

That's crap. Why are they called student support managers if they can't cope with what you tell them? I'm sorry hun. There's people here you can talk to, if you need to you can PM me.

Thats absolutely ridiculous that they wont talk to you. Do you know why your assistant head of school instructed them not to talk to you (having 'problems' is not an acceptable reason; further explanation should have been given)? If I were you I would want a reason from him/her. They are suppose to be there to help you arent they... that makes no sense. Having 'problems' does not justify what they did at all.
