Triggering (SI/OD) - I can't cope I need to do it.. err
Everyone is annoyed at me and yelling at me, and I feel like nothing. My gf is so off with me and I think she wants to break up and I can't bare not being with her last time we broke up I ODd and I just need to cut right now. 'Cos I'm crying and I'm confused and I just want a hug. I want the sence of relief for that one moment for everything to be ok..

I'll give you a virtual hug though I know it dosen't compare.I know exactly how you feel and it is really bad and scary. Is there any way at all you could talk to your girlfriend? Or just ask her to be straight with you? Because its not fair for you to be left confused like this.
Well done for putting off cutting. It is for the best and you probably know this. It there any other way you can get the relief. Or even anyone you can call for a chat?
