Triggering (SI/OD) - i dont want to be me
i did it again i all of a sudden got in a bad deppression i just cant stand me i upset everyone i dont want to be me anymore i dont want to be alive, it hurts to much and noone can see my pain but me and im too scared to ask for help im too scared too say i work i just have to smile i dont want to smile anymore i want someone to see the real me and help me and not give up , i cant get the words to describe whats wrong, im sorry

don't apologise honey, it's not your fault you're depressed.
please don't be scared to seek help from professionals. they are just that and are there to help you.

I'm so sorry, I can hear how much pain you're in and I understand. When you get to a sudden really low place it's hard to reach out for help because the despair is so overhealming. Please remember that you can get through this. First of all try to take care and allow yourself to cope with these feelings safely. Once you are feeling a little better then maybe you would be more able to ask for support. It is scary the first time you show your true self and ask for help, but that's the hardest and most worthwhile step.
Who would you feel most comfortable talking to? If you could confide in one person that you trust then that might make things a little better. There are many people out there who would be willing to help. Do you know what it is that makes you scared to ask for help? There are less scary ways of asking like being with someone you trust while you do it, or writing a letter explaining how you feel. I know that you have said that you can't find the words to explain, but this post has really shown a lot. We won't give up on you. I hope that things get better for you soon. Please get in touch any time. Take care. xxx

please keep yourself safe hun
try to distract yourself if you can. on here or elsewhere.
as the others saif- its ok to ask for help and i know it can seem impossible to reach out but it sounds like things cant get much worse right? in that case its worth a shot. talk to a gp, psych, counsellor- whoever you feel you can trust. be honest and i'm sure they'll do theitr best to help. if you really cant talk to them maybe right down how you feel and hand it to them.

never be ashamed or scared to talk to somebody about how you're feeling! Don't try to force yourself to be happy if you're not, it really doesn't help at all :( It's yourself that's important and you shouldn't be ashamed or scared of what they think of how you feel because it's not your fault! Everyone gets lost and needs a help back up again, it doesn't make you any less of a person.

Please don't be scared to reach out for help. Its ok to tell someone that you are not coping and you need some support. Hang in there you can get through this
