Currently just dosed up on the clonazepam I have leftover from my last admission because I've run out of meds. I was up at 3:30am and dont think I'd sleep without assistance tonight.

How is everyone?
Won't be around much today. Currently in great Yarmouth for Jas' birthday, we had a fantastic time yesterday. Today is her actual birthday (13!!!) so got her presents ready and going to visit nanny later on, before heading home and she's going to a dessert cafe with her friends this afternoon.
I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!
