Oh yes i get heavy periods Lindsay. I also go to feel physically unwell. Not to mention that sometimes my mh gets worse.

I am mostly ok. A bit bored because there's nothing decent on the telly and I have no book to read. So yep, a bit lost. I have done all my chores for today. Might see what's on the streaming services.

In the end I watched some of next weeks Pointless and listened to some music. I also did some laundry and sat outside on my bench.

I woke up far too hot then struggled to sleep. I am ok thanks Lindsay. Done some chores and sat outside. It became far too hot in the end so I have now come indoors next to the fan.

Just a quick note to say Lindsay as you and I seem to be the only ones posting i wont be around much starting Saturday for approx a week.
