My long-ish term relationship (year tomorrow =|) has just ended....AND I'M REALLY HYPER!
I'm not happy about it at all, I'm quiet upset tbh...But atm I'm dancing round the room music full blast looking like a loony:)

Its just one of the crazy ways people cope with things like this.
I remember when I found out my then boyfriend had cheated on my with my best friend then ran off with her. I was really upset up untill my mates dragged me out and I just went back to being overly hyper and happy again.
