I am currently:
Well, I'll give this a go...

23rd September:
- did some admin that needed doing
- managed to finish my work before falling asleep!

24th September:
- a difficult task at work going better than the last time!
- gay bouldering
- still enjoying getting a lift to the above (I am normally the lift-giver)

25th September:
- child sending a nice F-U at the government's transphobic BS
-being a brave little being and asking a colleague who is unwell if she wants to go for coffee

26th September:
- dusting myself off after a difficult day and not wallowing forever

27th September:
- having a good giggle with T :P
- aforementioned coffee outing going well and I was hopefully helpful?
- evening snooze

28th September:
- enjoying first class on the train
- then a first class lounge at a station!
- making a good resource while bored at a conference thingy
- feeling confident enough to challenge a stranger who decided to share his Hot Takes on gender at me on the train

29th September:
- talking to Finn
- productive day
- being the person people go to for help with work being shitty

30th September:
- remembering to answer the phone for my meds review
- pharmacist not being as unhelpful as I feared
- nice dinner at my mum's
- badminton coaching going better despite still being in set 2 o_O

1st October:
- not even crying on a very bad day (crying is of course good, but was pleased that I didn't let some stuff get to me that I didn't need to feel bad about)

2nd October:
- better day at the old workplace
- origami
- early finish because someone forgot to show up to something at the end of the day, yay!

3rd October:
- forgot to tell Lio about my day so no idea what happened :(

4th October:
- inventing a new mathematical song, much to other people's disgust
- tidying up my workspace

5th October:
- lots of sleep
- playing a new London Underground board game (thanks Kiran I think!)

Sunday:
- talking to Lio, Lana and Kiran
- making fun plans
- nice night out at the theatre including an orange callippo-type thingy

Monday:
- T getting her boyfriend to bring me Costa after my workplace decided yet again that a salad sandwich was what vegans like to eat
- the actual Costa itself (the last positive was the kindness of the gesture)

Tuesday:
- origami
- M&S cookies

Wednesday:
- cancelling a commitment that just felt a Bit Much
- Finn post-reporting my uterus

Thursday:
- feeling a lot better from the old period drama
- receiving emotional support from Lio after reading a sanitised "World Mental Health Day" article

Yesterday:
- seeing my mum
- relaxing ALL evening

Our Friend K coming for our monthly board game afternoon and general catch up and a fun time being had by all
Having pizza for dinner and waffles and ice cream for dessert.
Watching a load of taskmaster and it being hilarious (although am sad that I am now on most current series as it means soon we will run out of episodes to watch!)
