The group was ok although I ended up acting like a bit of an idiot when it was time to leave because I knew I'd just be going back to being on my own for the rest of the week. I think it happened because I haven't had support from the CMHT for a long time and I'm a bit fragile. Embarrassing though.

My day has been ok Lindsay. I saw my cpn and had a very good appointment with her. Now killing time until my parents arrive.
