Hi my name is Rose but I prefer Petals on here!

I lurked after creating an account and didn’t have the courage to post until now, months later. This is my first time on a forum, I found this place from a discord server as a resource and I really liked looking through it. I’ve been struggling with self harm this whole year and luckily I’ve had a wonderful therapist and two loving partners to help me through it. I hope I’m more active here. I will now share a fun fact about myself . I once mountain biked before I knew how to ride a bike. It went as well as could be imagined.

Hi Petals, welcome to RYL. I hope you feel able to post now and find it helpful. I'm sorry you've been struggling with self harm but I'm so pleased you have good supportive people around you. That seems like a strange way to start on a bike! Did you go back to basics to learn?! Take care.

I too have been struggling with thoughts of self harm after a long time without it, hence my return here. I hope you begin to feel much better soon!
