Triggering (SI) - Reallly triggered right now!
I was watching Painful Secrets on youtube a little while ago. I really wanna cut so much right now, I just realllly wanna do it I wanna cut myself, so bad. I dont wanna do it deep I just need to cut my skin and see the blood and calm myself down.
I wanna do it but feel so helpless because I can't I litereally can't because I have surgery coming up.

You can beat the urges! Try to focus on something like writing or drawing or watching a film etc. Please try and stay safe! Try drawing on your skin with red felt tips. This really helps me loads.
