It is way too hot. I'll be staying inside all day. I'm feeling anxious about things related to the hot weather.

I had toast with cheese on. Different from cheese on toast! It was ok. I was going to go shoe shopping with L but it's too hot.

It's been way too long since i last changed them so i needed to do it.

I miss the chat feature. Been a members since I was about 16 years old. Am now 32 and at least 10 years free from self injury. I belief it is more like 13 years but I see how drastically our world has changed and miss connecting with those I once knew and hope they are still living, thriving, and doing well. Not sure who might be new but I wish you all the best and know that the best is yet to come. Hold on, as you heal life does get better and joy does arise!!

I'm also not happy about the heat. I really need to cut back some bushes in my front garden because some branches are going through the fence and could hit people on the pavement but it's too hot to be out.

Work is unfortunately very busy!
But I'm on my break now.
I had a chicken burger with cheese added
My glow beatz instructor is here with a few people from her Friday morning class (not glow beatz but they do go to glow beatz)
She came over to say hi and we had a chat and i gave her my staff discount.
So that was nice.
