Yes. I'm being treated for schizophrenia and my sister for depression and PTSD. She is on the waiting list for ED service.

No, I don't need or want it. Mum gets overworried about my sister and some of that transfers onto me.

Straight after her ketamine the other day my sister glanced at herself in the mirror and could see just how thin she looks. She can't anymore but it's a start!

Whilst I can appreciate that you don't want to engage in any ED support at this time, I don't think it's correct to say that you don't need any help ED-wise and dismiss it as your mum worrying unnecessarily. From what you've said in this and other threads I do think you also have a problem with food and body image.

That does sound positive, I hope she'll have more moments of clarity like that :)

Sorry to all those who are trying to support me and I was rude.
Pi, I will think about what you have said.

Mum is bothering me again about eating. I thought she'd given up on that since our argument.

What is she bothering you about? Do you trust her understanding of how much nutrients someone needs? If so, maybe it's worth trying to have a discussion with her about what her concerns are.

We had a talk. I told her what I eat in a day, which is a huge amount for me. She insisted it wasn't enough and I don't understand.

To be a little blunt: considering your history with food, who do you think is a more reliable source on whether that amount is enough - you or your mum? Your mum also has the benefit of being an outside perspective; even aside from disordered eating, we tend to be the worst judges of ourselves! Whether that's about how we look, how well we're doing at a task or how much we're eating, we simply have an awfully skewed view of things about ourselves.

My sister just spoke to me. She said she didn't know what was going on for me food-wise but it's best to stop it getting bad because the longer you leave it, the harder it is to come back from it. I'm not sure what to think of that. I am terrified of being fat. I already look pregnant.
Edit just now: she offered to lend me her self help book.

That's really lovely of your sister I think - it shows she's noticed something is up and that she cares. It sounds like you're a bit confused by it- what are your thoughts?
What's terrifying about being 'fat'? That might sound like a dumb question, but maybe it's useful to think about what it is in your mind that is making it feel worthwhile damaging your body in order to achieve a weight lower than where your body wants to be.
I hope the self-help book can provide some help for you :)

'Fat' is bad because it means I am greedy and out of control. To be clear, I don't think this about other overweight people.

Well done for thinking about it. By the fact that you added that caveat that you don't think it about other people, I guess you felt a bit uncomfortable having to acknowledge that you have a strange rule that you apply to yourself but not other people!
Do you feel like when you eat that you are out of control? Because I'd say that being trapped in disordered eating is the true 'out of control'-ness, because pretty soon it control you, rather than the other way round!
I'm wondering if it's more that you think that that's what others will think of you based on your size? But that could be me interpreting things wrong.
