cant work!
hey im just writing this because i dont know what to do, my life is rubbish ive just lost my job because ive been off sick alot but ive been finding everything so hard to face at the moment. my depression and self harm are getting out of hand and ive been cutting at work!  i have no energy to do anything my life is falling to pieces and i dont know what todo anymore im fed up and lonely!xx

im in the same position as you hun!
have you spoke to your doctor about what has been happening?
they will be able to help you out loads!
i havnt lost my job yet but i have been warned that if im not fit to work by new year then i could risk being sacked!
i cannot get the courage to get myself to work...its horrible!
my doctors and psyc are helping loads tho so please try and speak to somebody xx

Sounds like you need help....and time off from working and responsibilities. Talk to a doc and see what can be done about money while you're off work, like some kind of disability or somethihg so you can take time to get better without having to work.

It sounds to me like you need to go and talk to your GP or someone similar. I know its hard but they are there to help you get yourself better.
I was in this situation many years ago and was just to ill to work but now I'm better and working again and absolutly love my job (the most part anyway) You can get through this but you need to reach out to get there.
