Hi Lana!

You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you wish to make.
Matchmakers are like thin chocolate mint sticks and they are 10/10. If you like chocolate and mint I shall send you some (properly addressed this time ) so that you may try them!
- Looking forward to seeing Hannah on Friday which has put me in a good mood today.
Me too! :D
I'm glad your CPN was helpful and I'm super proud of you for accepting the depot for the time being!
Nightfox, that sounds excellent! :)
- Had a psych appointment where I actually felt listened to!
- Work colleagues being lovely.
- Chocolate!
- A guy on Tipping Point today has an awesome shirt with flamingos on it! (I am easily amused! )
"I know you're sad, so I won't tell you to have a good day. Instead, I advise you to simply have a day.
Stay alive, feed yourself well, wear comfortable clothes, and don't give up on yourself just yet.
It'll get better. Until then, have a day."
Glad you had a good day, Hannah and it's great you felt listened to.
- Mum put my dog in the garden and when it was time for him to come in, he ignored her. I was in my room and I could hear her say "come on Charlie, get it, Charlieee, come on, go to bed" for 5 mins but he flat out refused to listen to her. She called for me to get him in, I call for him and he comes straight bloody in.
From Monday, but I had a really positive appraisal at work. Manager said I'm "amazing" at my job and said that she's asked a couple of my colleagues to listen to me when I counsel patients on their medication, because of how well I do it/how "comprehensive" my knowledge is. There wasn't a negative at all. She said she knows there are sometimes wobbles, but that's ok and she's not concerned, and she doesn't mind frantic messages if that's what helps.

Nightfox, that sounds like a nice evening!
Mary & Hannah, I hope you had a nice time hanging out :)
Ducky, well done on your appraisal. I already knew you were great at your job, but I'm pleased that you got some confirmation of this fact!
Today:
- Had a lovely nap
- Did some housework
- Talked to a fabulous friend
- After Eights!
Today
I finished off planning seeing friends over the next two weeks.
Had my favourite meal watching my current favourite series, Ally McBeal. #notstalgia
I've found a channel which broadcasts repeats of Grey's Anatomy back when it was still good and this excites me.
I helped a friend.
I'm getting ready to chill and watch some films which look really interesting this evening.

I feel like I did a really great job at work today.
I may take myself to the cinema tomorrow.
Now I'll play your ghost as my ace, whenever I'm led astray.
But I am actually good, can't help it if we're tilted.
I'm in my right place, don't be a downer.
Come to my cinema, I will be working :P
What are you gonna see?
Sure, I'll apparate over and see you later!
I have no idea, but it's cheap day at my local cinema so it's only like £4.

played plenty Candy Crush

I also had some excellent jam sandwiches, so not too bad overall I guess.
1) I had a productive day of revision.
2) I finished watching good witch on Netflix can't wait for the new series to appear! It was so happy and lighthearted and I just love things that have happy endings

My Nan gave me an electric bike. Because she is a legend. It's great. I zoooooooom along. Takes me less than 10 minutes to get to the hospital and I can cycle to my friends house a few miles away without looking a state when I get there! :D
I also got a free helmet when I went in the bike shop to get a lock, because they're trying to encourage cycling to work in the county I live in, so I got a £30 helmet for nothing because they've issued vouchers and they gave me one. :D
