I just finished American gods by Neil Gaiman and i'm going to re read metro 2033 by dimitry gloukovsky cos I want to check out the sequels and I really need to replay the games before metro exodus comes out.

Bought a book about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as my previous psychologist was into it and was going to start working through ACT with me but I don't think we got round to it.

The book is ACTivate Your Life - Joe Oliver, Jon Hill, and Eric Morris.

Haven't read any 'self help' type stuff for a while but I trust my previous psychologist so thought I'd give it a go.

Still reading Mad Girl too.
