Hope this is in the right place, I wasnt too sure.

Hello. I used to use this site a lot when I was younger (8/9 years ago roughly) and I remember there was a post regarding self harm. It was roughly something like 'things to know before you make the first cut' and I would like to find it again, ive looked through the advice section of this site but cannot seem to find it. You see, i have a friend who is having a really hard time right now and I have just found out he has self harmed. And i remembered that post and thought it may be helpful. If anyone else remembers it and can point me in the right direction i would be very thankful.

Elmer thats its! Thankyou so much! It was a while ago that I first saw it so i couldnt remember what part of the site it was one.

Sketchy i wasnt sure if anyone that i used to know was still on here cause i know its been a while. I may recommend this site to him, if for nothing else other than he can get advice here, and i know it'd help him that he doeant actually know anyone here, it'd be kind of anonymous for him in a way if that makes sense?
