Recipes wanted!
I plan to make either some muffins or cupcakes next month (I can't decide which). However I am open to other recipes and that's where you come in. So if you have some cake recipes I would like to share them here.
Nothing too hard please because I am not that technically minded. I do have an electric mixer and a food processor however.
Yes I know I am being early but I only do my main shopping every two weeks and I need time to get any extra ingredients.

Primrose Bakery by Martha Swift has some weird but wonderful recipes, including cherry cola cupcakes.
I made my mum the rainbow cupcakes for Mother's Day which went down well.

apple cinnamon scones are really nice, never made them myself but my housemate has.
you could also consider brownies, its really easy to make. i follow the bbc food recipe for 'best ever brownies'. i prefer to use galaxy choc for the milk choc chunks.
