I feel like this sometimes too.
I try to remind myself of the decisions I made and the things I choose to do when I feel like that. Like how I really liked art therapy and painting, so I call myself an artist as part of my identity.
I sometimes don't "believe" that it is. Like it doesn't feel important to me, because nothing really does, but it helps to be able to think about it I guess.
