Would not fully closed steri strips came off

Hey so I have this one wound on my arm that hasn't fully closed the steri strips were on for nearly a week but they came of (they itched so much I'm glad) i don't think I'm allowed to re close the wound ? Currently got a plaster on it . Is it okay to use my scar oil on the other wounds with scabs? My arms still feeling warm to touch :( don't need to be on more meds already on anti biotics for something else.

I agree. You may need a longer course of antibiotics or alternatively a different one. We can't see what the wound is like in order to tell you what is the best course of action.

You may need a different antibiotic or a longer course. Diet also plays a massive role when it comes to wound healing; keep hydrated, protein, etc.
If the wound isn't infected, by all means, give it a clean with saline wash out, and steristrip it back up, if it is infected, this is where it sounds ridiculous; do not steristrip.

If the wound appears to be infected go to your doctor, the antibiotics you're currently on may not be appropriate.
As for the scar oil I would advise waiting until the wounds are healed and no longer have scabs.
