Thinking of harm

I use to self harm but haven't done it in 2 years. Lately I have been thinking about it more and more. It always made me feel better. I have turned to biting myself, I get some amount of pain without the scars but it just doesn't have the same satisfaction.

What distractions and techniques have helped you to stay 2 years clean? Can you draw on some of them. Also I wanna say a huge congrats 2 years is awesome. I don't know if you have tried using red food colouring and putting water to mimic the blood effect that works for me not sure if your more of. Visual or feeling type because if you know that
Then you can find distractions to help X

Congratulations to your 2 years clean Holly!!! Let that 2 yrs be your motivation not to be in the same trap you were in 2 yrs ago. You've already changed a lot. Don't let those thoughts win.



Sometimes, the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip toe if you must, but take the step.
