I called off work today and spent the day relaxing and watching TV.

- my year 7s and 8s did really well in their tests and I feel a lot better about my ability as a teacher!
- watched a good episode of SVU and Jodie made me my favourite dinner :)

Also, well done everyone!!!
* Today I went for a coffee.
* I also cleaned out my fridge. Not through choice, the stupid thing broke and I had to throw everything out because it got warm, yucky and freezer water seeped through the fridge. This seems like a strange positive. The waste of food is horrible, BUT I handled it well instead of my usual panic. I've cleaned it out and will now deal with it in a non panicky way.
* I have a person coming to check my gas and electric meters tomorrow. Strangers coming to my flat normally causes me great distress. I am distracting myself, taking meds and trying to accept that it has to happen and I can handle it.
* I dyed my hair a deeper pink.

- Talked to Sierra, and gave her and her boyfriend some cookies.
- Bought tomorrow's lunch + Cherry pepsi; all packed for tomorrow.
- Talked to family.
- Sarah and Nick left two Maltesers Bars for me, and I had one today; I'll have the other with my lunch tomorrow.

- managed to talk to my friend for a little bit during lunch about what's going on for her
- was a bit silly during the SRS BSNS Silent Line Up And Walking To The Classroom charade, which brightened up a dreary day

Update on OK-ness of exam: got a first!!
Also did another exam which went swimmingly.
I'm home in my comfy bed which is wonderful.

Yesterday: - Looked nice
- Went to my café.
- Read one chapter of Wuthering Heights.
- Bought pretzels.
Today: - Didn't have a hangover when I woke up.
- Made nice pasta.
- Read more of Wuthering heights.
- Read some manga.
- Did not dissociate(at all I think!!)
- Felt better and laughed a lot.
- Talked to Sarah.

Yesterday:
- my year 11s made me laugh harder than I've laughed in a long time! Not super professional to nearly die laughing when you're supposed to be teaching but they're stressed and I'm stressed and maybe we all just needed to laugh for a few minutes.

I managed not to kill any of the screaming children or personal space invaders in aldi.
I finished my essay completely.
