This thread is brilliant to read. Loving hearing what you guys are up to and the nice things you have to be glad about.
* I went cycling today. I did fall off my bike rather spectacularly in front of a crowd, but I dusted myself off, ignored my red face, and kept going.
* Before my cycle I met my dad and sister for coffee (even though I'm in hide-away-mode)
* I dyed my hair last night. ( a greenish blue colour)

yesterday:
I had noticed a student keeping a pen sticking out of her hijab just at the forehead and felt this was perhaps a little silly so told her to take it out and she said "but miss, I'm a unicorn!". Thought that was quite funny :P
My colleagues were kind and understanding and also my line manager reassured me that my observation wasn't as bad as I thought it was (maybe he just said that to make me stop crying though  )

This is my favourite thing ever.
