is literally frying every single molecule in my body.
every time my skin has contact with anything, it sweats more than i can even drink.
Even my cold bath from my cold tap wasn't cold enough because the cold water has WARMED up. Yes, the cold tap is no longer cold.
I'm dying. My cat is dying.
There is literally going to be a mixed roast of cat and human by the end of this heat wave in my house.
I don't even cover up bc of religion or self harm, if people have an issue with my scars then thats their issue, because this weather is a total joke...and entirely unnecessary.
Please weather man, i would like some grey clouds, overcast days and rain - and great, big, bloody massive downpour!!!
(and some storms. The only good thing about summer is the lightning right!?)
When we lose twenty pounds... we may be losing the twenty best pounds we have! We may be losing the pounds that contain our genius, our humanity, our love and honesty. ~Woody Allen

I'm with you there. I don't handle heat too well. It would be nice if it wasn't so cloudy. But hot and cloudy is yucky! I don't want it to rain either. There is no pleasing me. Regardless of the weather, I'll find a reason to moan about it.
I'm so glad not the only one. I was cycling home after climbing last night. It was 10pm and FINALLY a decent temperature. So I'm flying down the hill enjoying the breeze, arms in the air, smiling and a great big bloody bug had to ruin it by flying into my mouth, and then another, and finally a third.
Seriously, the only good moment and bugs are all over it. I must have looked like a vile person after that spitting and cycling like I'm taking it way too seriously like a footballer.
^^^ lol IAmCatBug, I pretty much always moan or at least talk about the weather. When people say about British stereotypes I'm pretty much a walking, talking, living, breathing stereotype of Britain.
I totally forgot about people with hay fever. I keep getting an itchy neck but that is manageable to my poor friends crying, sniffling and struggling to breathe.
@aubergine- this is exactly how I'm feeling. In the news there's pictures of people outside in the sun, to me, that's crazy. Why would you sit out in this???
I was so happy to see grey clouds and rain this morning!!!! It made my day.
I have a bite on my foot (which I blame the weather for: hot weather = horrible bugs biting me from head to toe = me covered in rashes) and my whole foot is swollen, red, itchy and sore.
I would have been happy to sit out in it but I had to suffer in a stuffy office in long trousers instead. It was not nice. I don't mind the hot weather, as long as I have nothing to do.
For you to be here now trillions of drifting atoms had somehow to assemble in an intricate and intriguingly obliging manner to create you. It's an arrangement so specialized and particular that it has never been tried before and will only exist this once. That is of course the miracle of life.
-Bill Bryson
Don't ever frown because you never know who's falling in love with your smile.
I spent yesterday on playground duty for an hour and a half, at midday in 32 degrees of heat and in direct sunlight. The tarmac was fire, my bottle of water was fire, the children were fire, I was fire!!
There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you.
But there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself.
I aint no abacus but you can count on me.
