Possible water retention.

Hiya,
I went on holiday last week and whilst I was there my feet started to swell so much that it was hard to wear any shoes. I've been back since Monday and they are still swelling so much that it's quite painful. It goes down during the night and then balloons again during the day. What can I do to reduce it? I think it may be water retention but I Dont know.
Thanks.

Have you seen your GP?

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…

Eating lots of fresh fruit can help with water retention but best get it checked out.

Were you bitten by anything on holiday? If you're swelling that quick, see a doctor soon.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

Definitely see your GP, keep yourself well hydrated and keep your legs elevated where possible.
