This wasn't actually today but I wanted to share because I am proud of myself :P
- I gave diet supplements and random medication I had been hoarding for ages to my friend and didn't totally freak out.
- I also finally booked a GP appointment (apparently this is positive!)

- I went to a support group I'm supposed to go to every week but rarely go because of safety and anxiety stuff. And the world didn't end.
