hello, was wandering if anyone has cyclothmia and has any advice, also is cyclothmia called bipolar 111.
any advice would be really appreciated

I don't have a lot of information about it, I think it is a milder form of bipolar. The NHS website has some info on it

I am currently:
I know this is an oldish thread, but my camhs psych said it usually develops into bipolar type 2.
I was diagnosed with cyclothymia then changed to bipolar 2, if u want to talk or anything, my inbox is open :)
