I am working so much right now I barely have any time for anime at the moment, it's sad really, i'm trying to keep up to date with Yowapeda as i'm really loving it so far. I haven't seen the episode that aired on Monday yet, but hopefully I will within the next few days. It's starting to get super interesting now that we're in the last day of the race and this new creepy team has shown up. I guess that now we've seen Midousouji's vulnerable, sad side he's not so much the main antagonist anymore so they had to bring in some other creepy guy to fill that spot. It worked, this guy looks like a grade A creeper haha.

Also i've been thinking about my next cosplay some more and I think i've changed my mind. I still want to do Momoi, but i'm starting to doubt if I could pull off a male character. I also think I want to do a slightly creepier looking character as I think I would have more fun with photoshoots and poses and stuff, so i'm thinking of doing a Shiro from Deadman Wonderland cosplay. I worry that it's a bit too ambitious, so I will hopefully have Momoi as a back-up but I think if I could pull it off it would be so cool!

Yeah, I haven't had a lot of time to watch much anime either. I'm still able to keep up with a couple of them that I've been watching already, but other than that, I haven't really been able to look into anything new recently. Still just keeping up with Akame ga Kill, Yowapeda, and Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso. That's pretty much it. I just spend 20 minutes before I go to bed watching whatever I haven't seen yet.

Also Shiro would be difficult to pull off, but honestly, it would just require a bit more work to actually get the outfit together. Specifically the clothes she wears are pretty specific and kind of strange. You could probably pull it off, you've got plenty of time before the convention. I'd say go for it. It'd probably be difficult, but I'd say it'd be the coolest of the three you've mentioned so far.

I started watching Amagi Brilliant Park. After watching the first episode I didn't think I would like it that much, but I am hooked! I love it, it's so vastly different to what I usually watch but I findit so funny, plus the mascots are so cute, and some of the funniest characters. Definitely would recommend it if anyone is looking for something very lighthearted, funny and easy to watch.

Lol, Tiramii is my favorite mascot in that series. He's so unexpectedly evil, but also kind of hilarious all the time. I still can't get over the different faces they make every episode. They're just so ridiculously creepy. It really is a great lighthearted anime, though. Akame ga Kill, however, is getting to be one of the most depressing shows I've ever seen. So there's that. Still a great anime, you really never know what to expect. It's one of the best shows I've seen in a long time.

I love Macaron, that moment where he put the bean in Isuzu's food. I couldn't stop laughing at the faces. Although Tiramii's 'the killer has cowtits' note was also hilarious. I honeslty don't think I have laughed this much watching an anime series before. As silly as it is, it's actually becoming one of my faourite series. I get so excited to watch it each week. I'm hoping that there will be some merch or something at the next comic-con I go to. I think I would give anything for a Macaron plushie.

From the most lighthearted series to... the complete opposite actually I just spent 2 nights marathoning Tokyo Ghoul. Oh My God. If you haven't watched it yet, do it. I absolutely loved it. Season 2 starts in January and it cannot come quick enough.

I watched one episode of Tokyo Ghoul and ended up not having time to pick it back up yet. Usually it kind of ends up that Akame ga Kill satisfies my gory/depressing anime quota for the week. Well, and I don't have time to watch it, really. I should have more time this weekend, so I might try to watch most of it soon.

And yeah, I completely agree about Amagi Brilliant Park. It's probably one of the funniest shows I've seen in a long time. I have trouble finding anime that make me actually laugh out loud, but that one definitely makes me laugh every episode, without fail (so far).

Tokyo Ghoul is amazing. Second season needs to happen immediately. I don't really know how I feel about the way it ended up...but I'm going to wait until the second season to really form a conclusion about what happened. But yeah, that show is great.

Haha that didn't take you long! My friend is really trying to get me to read the manga. She said that they left out so much stuff from the anime because it was only 12 episodes, and that if I liked the anime then I would love the manga. I'm a bit wary, i've never really been able to get into manga before, but I might give it a shot. I'm curious as to what they left out.

Season two starts January 10th I believe so not too long to wait :)

Yeah, once I watched a couple of episodes, I couldn't help but finish the entire thing.

I've never been able to get into manga. I've tried several times, but I just never really get drawn in, I guess. Maybe I'll try again sometime, but I've never managed to have any luck with it.

Just started watching another anime. Got free time, of course that's what happened.
Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu

This one reminds me a lot of Tokyo Ghoul. I don't really want to say much else because spoilers, but it reminds me of Tokyo Ghoul. Both in style and in quality. It's live right now, so you won't be able to just marathon it in a day, but it's definitely worth watching.

Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu

This is slowly starting to become one of my favorite shows. I'm going to go ahead and just recommend this one to everybody. Really a must watch.

ooh i'll definitely add that to my list if it's like Tokyo Ghoul.

Speaking of which only a couple of weeks until the second series starts! I am ready, apparently it's not following the manga at all, instead the author has created another story for the anime. I mean I don't really care as I haven't read the manga, but I am excited for it, plus that means that when I do eventually get around to the manga it will still be all new to me, so i'm kind of happy about that.

Also KnB season 3 starts in January too, and Durarara!!x2 January is just going to be the best month ever for anime fans, I am seriously so excited.

I'm currently re-watching Durarara to get myself back into it as it was one of the first series I ever watched and that was quite a while ago. I'm loving it all over again, in fact I think i'm enjoying it more this time around. I distinctly rememebr thinking back when I first watched it that the first half was kind of slow, but I have no idea where I got that from, because i'm about half way through now and I haven't found it slow or lacking at all, so I have no idea why I used to think that.

Plus i'm getting all excited because i'm going to Japan in February and Ikebukuro is one of the first places i'm visiting and i'm hoping that with DRRR!!x2 still airing whilst i'm out there there will be a lot of merch and adverts out there. I know there's a Tokyo Ghoul cafe in the animate store whilst i'm there and i'm definitely going to that! SO EXCITED!

So many things to look forward to o.o I didn't realize all of those things were going to be coming out already.

Also I want to go to Japan so badly! It sounds like that going to be awesome. I wonder what the Tokyo Ghoul cafe is going to be like. And yeah, I also wonder what things will be like over there just in general. What with anime being broadcasted there regularly. I've always wanted to go for reasons other than just anime, but ever since I got into anime, I've just been wanting to go more and more. I'm sure it's going to be a fun time.

Also, I've got yet another recommendation. I decided yesterday that since most of the anime I was watching finished airing, and I had finished watching them, that I'd start a new one. I just kind of looked around and found one that I had written down a while back. Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis. It's not as good as some of the more incredible shows that just finished airing (Zankyou no Terror, Akame ga Kill, Kiseijuu, Tokyo Ghoul), but I really liked it. For some reason it just felt really unique all the way through. Which is funny to me, because when I think back on it, it didn't really seem all that different than a lot of other animes. That said, I thought it was a pretty good watch. Also, the synopsis of this anime is absolutely terrible. It's the reason I didn't watch it when I looked at it the first time. In any case, if you're looking for something interesting to watch and have an open spot, I would recommend this one. I ended up watching the whole thing in one sitting. Haven't really done that in a while (mostly because the stuff I watch is all live, but regardless, hasn't happened in a long time).

Anyways, I guess I'm going to find something else to watch.

Also, I feel like I should go ahead and re-recommend all of the ridiculously amazing anime that just aired, for anyone who stumbles upon this post and hasn't been keeping up.

I consider all of these a must-watch (in order from highest priority to lowest):

- Zankyou no Terror (easily in my top 5 of all time)
- Tokyo Ghoul
- Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu
- Akame ga Kill

There were some other good ones as well, but these are a must watch. All of them. I also normally would have put Akame ga Kill higher, but...well, it's kind of one of those shows that has the ability to make you feel every single emotion you have over the course of one episode. In my opinion, that's awesome. I don't know what other people tend to think about that kind of stuff, though, so I stuck it a bit lower on the list. Honestly, I have trouble ranking these in the first place. The only one that's totally solid up there is Zankyou no Terror. Like I said, that's easily in my top 5.

So yesterday I did the unthinkable. I watched the first episode of the new Magical Boys anime Binan Koukou Chikyuu Bouei-bu Love! or bouiebi for short.

It was an experience.

I knew going into it, there was no way this would be a serious anime, I don't watch magical girl anime, it's not my thing. However I know enough about them from tumblr, but just the idea that they were going that step further and making magical boys. Well I was intrigued. Not only that, the more I watched the more I realised that they were basically parodying magical girl anime and it was hilarious.

The series as I understand it (which could be completely wrong as really I finished the first episode understanding absolutely nothing xD) is a group of 5 boys that are randomly given magical powers in which they can yield the power of Love to defeat 'loveless' monsters. Yeah I don't get it either.

However the 'power of love' basically manifests itself in tons of hilarious innuendos that appear every couple of minutes throughout the show. From the boys shouting 'LOVE MAKING!' while they transform into their magical selves to their 'love sticks' which er ... dish out the love when fighting the monsters.

Oh also did I mention that their powers are granted to them by a talking pink wombat with a heart on it's butt.

Yeah definitely an experience. If you have a light sense of humour and don't take things too seriously I would actually recommend it suprisingly. It made no sense and was 100% crack but I loved it for some reason and actually can't wait until next Tuesday to see what other crap they manage to come up with xD

In other news T-minus 15 hours until Tokyo Ghoul season 2 and the 'official' start of the new anime season for me, because frankly bouiebu was a complete suprise entry in this season xD DRRR 2 and KnB 3 on Saturday. I am ready.

@Dragon Smoke:
Casshern Sins does definitely look interesting. I'll probably have my hands full with shows this season, but I'll definitely add it to my watch list.

@Palladion:
Tokyo Ghoul started. I watched episode one, and now I'm upset that I didn't wait a few weeks...I want to know what happens next...T_T

Agh, the suspense is killing me, and it's only episode 1!

Tokyo Ghoul was so good, but yeah the suspense, i'm still not really used to waiting a week between episodes despite the fact that for the past 6 months or so pretty much all the anime i've been watching has been currently airing stuff, and especially with all the new series i'm starting this week I need to get used to it quick haha.

Also I love all the jokes currently on tumblr about Tsukiyama being unable to count to 10 in french. What a dork.

I just finished watching the new Durarara episode. OMG it was so good, Celty definitey stole the entire episode though, she is so cool , but also so cute and loveable. I'm already thinking about a potential cosplay for October Expo. It would be right after the 3rd season airs so very relevent. Making that helmet looks quite difficult though.

I'm just waiting for the subs for the first episode of KnB 3 to come out. They are expected to be here in 20 minutes or so and it feels like time has stopped for me haha.

My friend has also convinced me to give Death Parade a try. She sent me the opening theme and it is so darn catchy!

So all in all this season i'm watching 6 new series. I have no idea when i'm going to have time to do anything else haha. I literally can't remember the last time an anime season has been this good, so many amazing shows!

EDIT: So I watched KnB, It was pretty great, and I love the new opening song! Honestly i'm a little bit disappointed that the first half of the episode was kind of a re-cap. I know it's been a while since season 2 but still, it just seems like a bit of a waste, especially as the majority of the fans of the series remember what happened before. The second half was good though can't wait until next Saturday.

Also watched Death Parade. It wasn't quite as good as I was expecting it to be when I heard what it was about. However it was definitely good enough for me to want to continue it next week so that's good :)

I'm also watching Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-Kun inbetween as it's already completed so can watch episodes back to back. I really love it! it's funny, the characters are hilarious, the reversing of the stereotypes is just brilliant honestly I would recommend it all day long if I could haha

Playing Celty would probably be awesome. Difficult as it may be, imagine having that helmet just lying around for use whenever you want. Or even just as a decoration piece sitting around somewhere. It'd be a pretty awesome thing to have around (not to mention the awesomeness of cosplaying Celty in the first place).

Also yeah, all the new shows are so far amazing. I've watched KnB, Death Parade, Drrr, and Tokyo Ghoul. And about the opening for Death Parade, it's funny that you mentioned it, because when I watched it, I actually watched the entire op. I almost never watch them, but I really enjoyed the song.

Also yeah, I finished Gekkan Shoujo a couple weeks ago. I really enjoyed the lighthearted nature of the show. It made me laugh every episode, so I'd say it's a pretty good one to watch. It's nice to watch a more lighthearted anime every once in awhile. I needed a break from all the ridiculous stuff happening in Tokyo Ghoul + Akame ga Kill + Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru.

Speaking of which, that's an anime I haven't really mentioned yet. Yuuki Yuuna is uh...well, I don't want to say it's a magical girl show, because I kind of hate those most of the time, but it is sort of that. Suffice it to say, there's a lot more going on than just that, and...well...drama. If you like shows that are bound to make you cry, well, this is one you may enjoy. I won't go too much into it, but even though the first episode or two feels exactly like your typical magical girl show, just keep watching until the story picks up a bit. It's actually a really great show.

HOLD EVERYTHING. I'm 4 episodes into Aldnoah Zero and I think I have found a new favourite anime. Seriously if you haven't watched it yet, do it. If you liked Code Geass and Death Note then you will love this. I can't believe I didn't watch it sooner, I just hope hope hope it stays this good!

Plus catchy OP is catchy.
