I hate things like that, puts me right into anxiety mode too.

I'm steeling myself for tomorrow, have a barrage of appointments and am meeting my new CPN for the first time, only just got used to the last one but alas, such is life. Such strong avoidance urges, so I'm arming myself with a good book to get through tonight.

I had BPD under impression and got some clarification - so this isn't a diagnosis?


Dear K

I have spoken to Dr Kwho advises that “Impression” heading in the assessment letter is standard in all our psychiatric assessments and is basically the doctors impression (psychiatric opinion) at the time of the assessment.

I trust this clarifies matters for you.

Hey guys

Apologises as i only come to rant . So I saw my lil man today was suppose be 12-2 he didn't turn up till 1:30 was mega stressed by this point didn't even get s sorry got the time till 3:30 not the best way to start considering my dad and sister came down too and I was tiered but buba opened half presents he loved his train driving and crashing it with the remote , his tablet from my dad an the xylophone wouldn't the sticks down and the best but he called and said MUMmY for the first time <3 x

HI all... just nipping in to say a quick hello. SorryI dont contribute much...life is a rollercoaster that has me all over the place. I have had a little read of the last couple of pages and some of you not doing so good...sending lots of happy Christmassy-ness to you all !!!!! Also didnt want to miss out on all the food !!!!
