Yes. And I tend to fall asleep as well and wake up feeling not refreshed but just weirder!

For you to be here now trillions of drifting atoms had somehow to assemble in an intricate and intriguingly obliging manner to create you. It's an arrangement so specialized and particular that it has never been tried before and will only exist this once. That is of course the miracle of life.

Yup I often have an afternoon slump too, I find that if I can go for a walk that it often helps give me a little boost of energy

Yeah, I often get this. I'd always assumed it was something to do with post-lunch sugar levels.

My best time of the day seems to be 2am when I am WIDE AWAKE. Or at Starbucks 'o clock.

I haven't experienced this, but it's between meals...could hunger be a factor? People often get grumbly when the have low blood sugar.

I usually just get bored around that time and end up going back asleep.

Other people make a good point about eating. Blood sugars naturally drop at about 4pm so a little meal/snack might be worth trying to see if things improve. A handful of dried fruit and nuts are good for filling you up and raising your blood sugars as well as being healthy.

Resting. That's what I always do. I want to go out at night that time but no one to go with. How can I get people to go out with me?

I like to rest though and watch tv etc

That's what I like to do.
