It's not pathetic. I just had a nightmare and was so convinced someone was in the house I made my mum check everywhere. I'm still trembling :(

I hope you managed to get some rest last night.. Do you have anyone to talk the nightmares etc through with? I find it helps sometimes.

Thanks Kate I told my mum but didn't describe it. Just feeling really raw and fat and dirty. I don't want to get caught up self harm to keep punishing myself like I did yesterday. I'm scared and ashamed . How are you doing now?
