I'm the same, I do it on the tops of my thighs and on the top of my right arm, but not really on the other side or on my left arm :s Which is weird cos last year I pretty much always did it on my left arm

no, it's not weird. it makes complete sense. i have a favorite spot as well. it's the only place i cut now. i've tried other places in the past and i can never get the same satisfaction.

Not wierd @ all, no. I think the primary reason is differentitation of physical reactions plus personal background of a whole range of detromentality leading to the SI.
